Hi! My name is Teresa Hurtado. I wear multiple hats including mom, teacher, fitness content creator, podcaster, and self-love advocate. I live in Houston, Texas and absolutely love helping others learn and grow. Whether it’s teaching technology application at the schools I work at, or empowering women to feel confident in their bodies, I feel a sense of purpose when I see others smile. I have a weekly podcast called Tere Tells All where I invite guests to share their stories and spread knowledge, awareness, and empowerment.
